FACT: Exercises using multiple muscle groups simultaneously are called "Compound Movements" and
burn twice as much fat as exercises using only one muscle group.
Strength Training and Cardio combine to give you a Fast-Paced, High Intensity Fat Burning Workout. It's a 30 minute class during the week and a 45-minute burner Saturday Mornings at 9:00am. Work your way through 2 rounds of 14 HIIT (High intensity interval training) stations. We combine Dumbbells, TRX Straps, Resistance Bands, Spin Bikes, Battling Ropes, Kettle Bells, Body Weight Exercises, Medicine and Slam Balls, Cardio and more to work your Entire Body and Maximize Calorie Burn.

Classes Rotate Daily
You'll spend half the class working your upper body, core, and lower body using suspension(TRX) training straps and the other half focusing on improving your cardio. You'll either be rotating between our cardio equipment (spin bikes, stair climber, treadmill, elliptical, rower and Airdyne bike) or using jump ropes, running the stairs, body weight cardio exercises etc..
