Our classes use Compound Movements in a Highly Motivated Group Setting. 

Our Goal is to Give You an Intense, Focused Workout in a Condensed Period of Time.


Work your way through 2 rounds of 14 HIIT (High intensity interval training) stations. We combine Dumbbells, TRX Straps, Resistance Bands, Spin Bikes, Battling Ropes, Kettle Bells, Body Weight Exercises, Medicine and Slam Balls, Cardio and more to work your Entire Body and Maximize Calorie Burn.  

Boot Camp
Strength Training and Cardio combine to give you a Fast-Paced, High Intensity Fat Burning Workout.  It's a 30 minute class during the week and a 45-minute burner Saturday Mornings at 9:00am.  Saturday Bootcamp  may be held in our parking lot or at Killer Hill if it's nice out.  Sign up Required for Saturday Bootcamp.
