1-on-1, Couples and Small Group Personal Training

Whether you are doing 1-on-1 Personal Training or you train with your spouse, a friend or your whole family, I customize a different workout each session based on your goals and fitness levels.  I constantly push you using muscle confusion and compound movements, maximizing our time together. I provide weight, measurements and body fat percentage progress tracking as well as at home fitness plans and nutritional consulting.   

Couples/Small Group Training

Sessions start at 30 minutes. Cardio equipment and stretching area available to you before and after your session.

2-3 people from only $20/person/session
